CONNECT GROUPS
A way of sharing life and following Jesus together.
YES! YOU SHOULD BE IN A CONNECT GROUP
Following Jesus is not meant to be a solo journey. Connect Groups help people at Coastline build meaningful relationships, study the Bible together and support one another through everyday life.
DIFFERENT CONNECT GROUPS
In these groups, people study the Bible, discuss recent sermons, pray for one another and offer support during difficult times. Most groups are sermon-based, while some gather around a common hobby or Christian book. Together, members make room for spiritual growth, honest conversation and mutual encouragement.
2 CONNECT GROUP SEASONS
Most of our Connect Groups meet during the early spring and early fall, while other special interest groups meet year-round. Connect Groups are part of Coastline’s mission to help people connect together. Our seasonal Connect Groups meet:
- PRE-SPRING SEASON (February - Easter)
- FALL SEASON (September - Thanksgiving)

Registration is available before each season begins. You will find a link here when registrations are available.
CAN I START A CONNECT GROUP
YES! We are always looking for people to lead (facilitate) or host (home location) connect groups. There are four simple steps to starting a connect group:
- COMPLETE FIRSTSTEPS CLASS >
- ATTEND A CONNECT GROUP (for at least one season)
- REFERENCE LETTER/EMAIL FROM YOUR CONNECT GROUP LEADER
- CONNECT GROUP LEADER TRAINING MEETING (January and August)
We have found these 4 steps to be very important to duplicate meaningful connect groups that strengthen and maintain the culture that Coastline has intentionally built.
